Gwyneth Paltrow, 40, has just released a book with healthy recipes based on her detox diet, which uses so-called "superfoods" such as avocado, spinach, blueberry, chia seeds, fish, among others.

The book called “It's All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great” (“Everything is Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes that will make you more beautiful and feeling great”) prizes for meals gluten-free and low in carbohydrates, catching readers not only for healthy eating and weight loss, but also for improving skin and hair.

This is the third book by the actress who, after her poor health last year, had several medical recommendations to recover from anemia, vitamin D deficiency and stress. These included including eliminating coffee, alcohol, meat, sugar, eggs, wheat, and processed foods from her diet to help her improve her health and mood.

And that's how she started her detox diet and then merged her experience with culinary editor Julia Turshen to compile a selection of 185 recipes. Still, the book was not well received by US critics who thought the recipes require expensive foods to prepare.
