Man rides 650 km, participates and wins 100 km race and back all by bike

Do you like to ride? We at Mega think the practice is pretty cool, but we wouldn't have the same breath as Kyle Messier, who won the 100-km Big Red Gravel Run in Harrington, Canada, in early August. If pedaling all this is already a test of strength, what Messier has done before and after is almost crazy!

The 31-year-old rider lives in Waterloo and decided to go cycling, of course. The only "problem" - for us, not for him, of course - is that Harrington is 650 km from Waterloo! He made the course in 3 ½ days, only then participate in the contest and win! And look, this was the first time he was in this kind of competition ...

Not satisfied with the victory, which was quite painful, as Messier beat her while suffering from a dental abscess, the guy just rested the night of the conquest and, the next day, returned to his city riding. That is, another 650 km! According to the cyclist, the secret to completing such an effort is active meditation, whereby he could focus only on the repetitive task to be performed, eliminating any distraction from his mind. Amazing, right?
