England begins Richard III's funeral 500 years after his death

The remains of Ricardo III, the medieval king whose bones were found in a parking lot in 2012, are being moved to a cathedral in central England. The funeral begins more than 500 years after his death.

This Sunday, a hearse takes the coffin across the country's landmarks, such as Leicestershire and the battlefield at Bosworth, where the monarch was killed in 1485.

On Thursday, the coffin is to be buried in Leicester Cathedral. Source: Associated Press.
