Young woman has forceps removed from urethra after 4 years

In Saudi Arabia, a team of doctors gaped after a 22-year-old man entered the hospital with eight-centimeter forceps embedded inside his urinary canal. Despite being extremely painful at first, the patient claimed to have entered the goal when he was 18 years old.

The removal of the tweezers

The doctors had to apply a general anesthetic to remove the item from the boy's urethra. The object had its rods separated, so they had to press the penis so that the forceps came out without causing damage.

According to surgeons, the reason for the insertion of foreign objects into the urethra is related to sexual pleasure during masturbation. The delay in seeking medical help, in most cases, has to do with patients' feeling of guilt and humiliation.

After the procedure, the boy was instructed to seek psychiatric help, in addition to following the appropriate treatment for his recovery. However, it refused. The case was reported in the scientific journal Urology Case Reports.
