Pack your bags and get to know the 10 best airports in the world

Some people are really terrified at the thought of airports, which for them can be synonymous with long lines at security checkpoints, expensive food and a lot of waiting. However, those lucky enough to embark or disembark at one of the places we will cite agree that the word "best" is entirely appropriate for them.

The world's top 10 airports received the most votes from more than 12 million passengers in a survey run by Skytrax. The prize for these places was announced at an exhibition in Geneva, Switzerland. The winners are mainly located in Europe and Asia, with only one representative in North America.

There were no winners from Australia, South America or Africa and, surprisingly, the United States did not join the list. Want to know these places better and maybe even think about a little visit? Come with us and be amazed by these airports that look little like the ones you are used to.
