About 8, 000 participants in a beauty contest in England were disqualified by a blue-eyed, 18-year-old blonde girl. Florence Colgate was the winner of Lorraine: Naked, a competition organized by a TV show that prohibited the use of makeup and accessories, judging the participants for their natural beauty.

Now Florence has been considered the most beautiful woman in the world by some media outlets. If it depends on science, the title may be hers, as her face fits the symmetry patterns that are directly related to female beauty. The distance between the girl's two pupils, for example, is 44% of the length that separates the two ears, at a ratio of 2: 1.

In addition, the relative distance between the eyes and mouth should be greater than 1/3 of the distance between the chin and the beginning of the hair strands. In the case of Florence, this length is 32.8%. Women gifted with symmetry of nature include actresses Jessica Alba and Liz Hurley, as well as singer Shania Twain.
