Seeing this popcorn popping in slow motion will strangely do you good

Almost as much as eating popcorn, hearing the noise of popping corn kernels is poetry to the ears. Unfortunately, it is not easy to see the momentum of turning the hard grain into a crispy, juicy popcorn - at least not yet.

A recently released video shows popcorn popping at a speed 1, 250 times slower than in real time, which turns out to be a delightful scene to watch and immensely mesmerizing.

Film director Matt Mikka said he likes to produce such images precisely because we are not used to seeing such slow-motion processes, and because of this, these videos have the ability to increase human perception. Watch and tell us what you think.
