The wave of women with specks on their wrist is taking over the internet

For those who haven't been connected in recent days, the fact that women have a spot consistently in the same place has started popping up on social networks: the wrist. That doesn't mean anything at first, doesn't it? The curious part of this is that people went to Twitter to introduce the marks and the amount of responses and people who fit the mysterious little spot just increased.

While it is nothing supernatural for people to have marks and specks in droves, people realized that, although they had never noticed, the famous pint was there. This only brought more shape to the movement, of course. But is there really any foundation in this statement? Magic? Any chance?

While it is a fact that, generally, those parts of the body that tend to be more exposed to the sun are more likely to produce higher melanin concentrations - and hence freckles and speckles - it is also true that the pulse is one of the parts of the body. your skin that are usually naked.

There is no clear study in tackling the mysteries of wrist spots, of course. But considering the way the internet works, the tendency is to bring together people who mirror themselves in the same situation. While those who are not part of the group tend to ignore the fact, generating greater engagement for the opposite team, especially in social networks. That is, the confirmatory bias is probably one of those responsible for the notoriety of the subject.

Anyway, the sand that this theme raised was not small, and many people were impressed by the myth. What's up? Are you also part of the select group of magic spot bearers? Or do you think the subject has already given?
