106-year-old Chinese says games are the secret to living longer

There is no denying that retired teacher Xu Fenghuang has hit quite a mark: he is one of the few people to be over one hundred, currently 106. And what's the secret to that, according to him? Video games.

According to Chinese website Sina Games, Xu says he spends part of his days with brain-training games. Not only that, but it also states that this is one of the few reasons for your mind to remain alert and active at the present age. Among the titles played by him are Tetris-style puzzle and block genres.

These are not the only activities he does, of course. Xu has a habit of reading for several hours, between novels and novels. He also follows a strict daily routine, always waking up at 6:30 to read his newspaper, taking a nap in the afternoon, and after that, doing various activities until bedtime, around 9:00 pm. In any case, you now have great excuses to be able to play for hours.
