Advocates that the earth is flat fire with viral that backfired

In the middle of the 21st century, many people have once again advocated something overthrown by science so long ago: the idea that the earth is flat. This "conspiracy" theory has gained supporters who try hard to prove themselves right, even if they turn out to be a joke involuntarily.

Youtuber D. Marble, who has 1, 500 subscribers on his channel and is a true earthmover, wanted to create a viral video in which he would prove that our planet is not round. He took a flight from North Carolina to Seattle, USA, over a quarter mile, and took a level gauge with him.

The idea was to “prove” that the pilot would have to lower the nozzle of the aircraft to compensate for the “supposed” curvature of the earth. “I recorded a time lapse of 23 minutes and 45 seconds, meaning that the plane traveled just over 326 kilometers. According to the curvature mathematics given to explain the spherical model [of the Earth], this should have resulted in the offset of 8 km of curvature. As you can see, there was no measurable compensation, ”explained D. Marble.

Twitter: Land full of joke

D. Marble's experience has been shared by various entities around the globe (tum tum tss) who argue that the earth has never been spherical. On the youtuber channel, many followers cheered that "there was nothing left to defend, since the truth was proven."

But the story fell on Twitter and, well, you probably know what the tweeters are like ... The folks wasted no time mocking D. Marble and pointing out several holes in their experience. "Wait ... does the level work in a pressurized cabin?" Asked one guy. Another asked if he would at any time have looked at Earth's curvature through the plane's window.

In an even more ironic tweet, a netizen commented that he had even considered giving the boy some Physics classes, but thought it better not, as this could violate the First Guideline - an idea explored in "Star Trek" that says no Federation citizen can interfere with the development of a culture or society. To date, D. Marble's video has 568, 000 views, with 847 people enjoying it and nearly 8, 000 enjoying it. What cardboard ...
