He is a Twitter and Instagram user who only identifies himself as Lucky Luciano - who is also the name of one of the most famous and influential Italian mobsters who worked in the crime in the first half of the twentieth century. The photo is from September 2, 2014 and was posted on Twitter where it had 1, 700 likes and the same amount of retweets until the date the account was closed at the end of 2016. The version that the user posted to Instagram the same day is still there.

The image was "discovered" in the middle of 2016 and began to go viral as a meme. More recently, in Brazil, it has fallen in love with social network and WhatsApp users and has been shared - or with some phrase making fun of situations where a person who looks like they can't handle very well, or in recreations of the pose, some even where the picture was taken, the city of Tampa, Florida.

The boy was arrested in July 2018 and set up a fundraising campaign to help pay his court costs. He said his arrest was because of "bullshit" and the cops were "trying to destroy his life." Lucky Luciano is currently trying to capitalize on his success, but lazily, with a YouTube channel where he publishes practically nothing and a website where he is supposed to sell replicas of the costume he wears in his famous photo, but there is nothing available there yet.
