These 7 Photos Have Scary Stories

Today it's very easy to take pictures of everything, all the time. However, even when things were not so simple, records always existed to mark a special trip or date. The point is that often innocent-looking images can have a pretty macabre story behind them. See below 7 photos that are not as normal as they look:

1. Trail in the Panamanian Forest

Kris Kremers and Lisanne Froon, 21 and 22, respectively, did not imagine the tragic end that awaited them. The photo above was recorded at the very beginning of the tour, which would extend over a 5-kilometer trail.

The walk started on April 1, 2014, but they did not return to the hotel and were only located 10 days later by a local resident. She found the bag Lisanne was carrying, where their cell phones were, with no signs of theft or violence.

Analysis of the devices showed that something very bad happened at the very beginning of the walk, as the young women tried to contact local authorities several times. The detail is that, because the cellular signal is very weak in the area, they could not make any calls. The bones of both were found later, but the reason for the death and what actually happened that day is unknown.

2. Killer Trail

It seemed like a normal day when Liberty German (14) and Abigail Williams (13) went hiking on a trail in the city of Delphi, were it not for the fact that they did not return home. The next day, their bodies were found near the trail by their cell phones.

Among photos taken in the beautiful landscapes of the region, they found it important to register a man who walked the place. Also, there is an audio recording where you can hear a man saying "downstairs." The cops are still trying to identify the killer.

3. Columbine

Nothing more common than taking a picture with your high school class, recording an important stage in everyone's life. Looking at the image above, everything looks normal, but notice the boys at the top left. They point their hands at the camera, mimicking guns, almost as a harbinger of their actions. These include Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, who broke into Columbine's school in 1999 and killed 12 people before committing suicide.

4. Chris Benoit

Chris Benoit seemed to have everything a person wants: a wife, children, and a solid career as a professional wrestler. But internally he was not at all comfortable. The photo above was taken by a fan who ran into him in the waiting room of a doctor's office. On the same day, Chris killed his wife and son and committed suicide. Investigations have not concluded a clear motive for the act, but the case serves as a warning to help when things are difficult.

5. Murder in the bathtub

Salesman Travis Alexander had a common life with his girlfriend, Jodi Ann Arias, but his face in her photo seems to say something. Five days after this click, Travis was found dead in the same bathtub with 29 stab wounds, cut throat and a gunshot to the head. Jodi was charged and convicted of the murder and sentenced to life in prison.

6. Unsuspecting tourist

Impossible to go on vacation without a camera, don't you think? This group of Spanish tourists, who visited Northern Ireland in 1998, did not forget the accessory and managed to register this photo that shows a little of the city of Omagh. What they didn't know was that in the red car there was a bomb, which was detonated just after the click. The man and the girl survived the attack, but the photographer could not resist the injuries.

7. Deadly Dive

The photo above was taken in October 2003, when Gabe and Tina Watson were on their honeymoon in Australia. Everything seems to go well when we look at the picture quickly; but if you notice, Tina is lying on the bottom of the sea at the bottom of the photograph. Before the trip, Gabe asked her to increase the value of her life insurance and make it the sole beneficiary. A further investigation took the facts into consideration, and the husband was accused of killing his wife to receive insurance money.
