Game puts competitors at 60 revolutions per minute [video]

The Red Bull Creation competition puts inventors and hackers to develop original and functional creations in no time. This year's contest was themed “A game of games” and gave participants 72 hours to build a fun, mind-blowing, high-tech game.

Among the finalists were the inventors of the North Street Labs group, who were responsible for CentriFury - a machine where two competitors sit at 60 revolutions per minute. The rule of the game is simple: in front of each competitor is a button that must be held in order for the contraption to work. Whoever releases the button first (causing the machine to stop) loses the round.

The result of the invention can be seen in the video above, which shows photos of the device assembly process, as well as the grimaces and reactions of competitors who "dared" to play at "CentriFury".
