Japanese artist creates vagina-shaped canoe

Ah, the Orientals ... A Japanese artist named Rokudenashiko started a crowdfunding program last June 2013 to make nothing less than a vagina-shaped canoe.

After passing the crowdfunding mark, which was 514, 800 yen (close to 11, 000 reais, in direct conversion at current price), the dubious design vessel came to life. The young artist had a dream of having a boat like her own vagina and was able to raise more than enough money during her campaign.

Initially, the artist hoped to launch her "canoe-vagina" to sail on Lake Geneva, which is between France and Switzerland, but eventually ended up placing the boat on the Tama River, between the cities of Tokyo and Kanagawa.

Peppes and Taboos

“But why the hell is a parakeet !?” you are probably wondering now. According to Rokudenashiko, his works serve to break taboos about female genitals in Japan.

Typically, women's intimate parts are referred to discreetly in the Land of the Rising Sun as “ asoko, ” something that can be translated “down there, ” while “manko” is a more vulgar nomenclature - let's leave the synonyms part for us. your imagination, dear reader.

The artist had previously done other works based on the mold of her vagina, including various models and even modifications to (non-erotic) toys. In the images below you can see some examples.

We know that depending on the place, people don't react very well to things like this. However, we hope that, regardless of whether or not the public approves, this is no reason why Rokudenashiko will in any way be ... "Pursued".
