Bizarre: Fan Has 15 Miley Cyrus Tattoos Spread Over Her Body

According to BuzzFeed, a man - probably an English man named Carl, according to his Twitter account - has decided to show his obsession with American teen artist Miley Cyrus on his own skin.

Among the tattoos, the fanatic included song titles, Miley's face and even the girl's autograph. And, as if that wasn't bizarre enough, on her microblogging account there are only information and photographs related to the artist, including some from when Cyrus was still a child.
