Check out the building that will have the most expensive square meter on the planet

If you are eyeing the real estate market, you may have noticed - save for a few fluctuations - the overvaluation of real estate in recent times. However, nothing we have seen so far compares with the estimated sales figures for the Odeon Tower building in Monaco, scheduled for launch next year.

According to SkyNews, the building has two 170-meter high 49-story towers with 259 units for sale. These include 70 luxury residential apartments with a choice of 1 to 6 bedrooms each, as well as two 1, 200-square-meter duplex apartments and a gigantic penthouse - 3, 300 square feet spread over five floors - estimated at around $ 330 million. (about R $ 660 million).

The simplest apartments will feature panoramic windows with incredible views of the French Riviera, and the rooftop will have a private pool with waterslide and all. The towers also offer chauffeur service, spa, shops, gym, several pools, saunas and 24-hour concierge, and all can be accessed by residents through touch screens installed in the apartments.
