The white beard and age still remain, but everything else has been reworked to give Good Old Man a more youthful air. Many of the pictures taken at the mall are of adults who found breaking paradigms fun.

To help further, the mall has pledged to donate $ 1 (up to $ 10, 000 in total) to a sick child support institution for each message with the hashtag #YorkdaleFashionSanta on social networks. Check out some photos that have already been shared:

This is the second year that Paul Mason has been working on the mall's Christmas campaign and he has grown a beard especially for this role! After three decades devoted to fashion, Mason reinvented himself - just as Yorkdale Mall reinvented the Christmas character.

"Some people get a little confused, but as soon as they think about it a little, they forget, " Mason said. In addition to stamping the mall's advertising campaigns, he also takes pictures with consumers who shop locally. So, did you feel like sitting on his lap too? To take a picture of course!
