During fight, man throws his car on the move and then sues his wife

The fight of an Australian couple ended up having an unusual outcome by stopping in court. The claim was the woman's negligence in not stopping the car at the moment her husband threw himself off the vehicle! Meet this crazy story in detail ...

It all started in December 2012: Brian Liam and Eulyung Chao were married, had two children, but the relationship was already unstable. One day, the whole family went to a steak house where the couple started fighting after Brian talked to a known person. On the way back, with his wife driving, the pigeons continued to argue. Eulyung offended his in-laws, Brian got angry, filed for divorce and jumped off the moving vehicle!

Although the speed is only 50 km / h at the moment, the way Brian fell caused him serious and permanent injuries. Because of this, he decided to sue the now ex-wife for recklessness! According to him, her injuries would be less intense if she had hit the brake just as he opened the door to throw herself.

The judge came to a verdict that did not please the man much: the wife did have a duty to look after her ex-husband's health while he was in the car, since she was the driver; however, since he was no longer in the car, this obligation does not exist. Not to mention that if he had put his foot on the brake it could have caused an accident with other drivers or even injured the children in the backseat.

Finally, there is no evidence that the injuries really would be minor if the speed had been reduced, so the man lost the cause and still took a moral lesson.
