If you think you've seen all sorts of madness, get ready for one more insanity. This time the boisterous story came from Japan. In Kanagawa Prefecture, police were called in to arrest a thief who had just stolen three bicycle seats in the same housing estate.

According to MSN News in Japan, the 35-year-old man said he had stolen the objects to "smell a woman's lingering scent." According to him, the fetish went far beyond the smell.
