Watch a cockroach still alive being devoured by a centipede

Warning: The video content above is explicit and may make some people uncomfortable. Watch at your own risk.

On the Internet there is room for all kinds of people, such as those who enjoy watching exotic animals devouring their prey while they are still alive. Scary Exotics constantly posts YouTube videos of snakes, spiders, frogs, scorpions and various other animals as they feast, to the delight of these people.

In the video you can see above, a centipede devours a roach still alive on a rock, which may not be exactly the kind of image you want to have in mind at lunchtime. As beautiful as it is to look at, we can at least consider that it happens in nature all the time, right?

Wrong. Although the animals actually hunt and eat each other, you should note that the cockroach in the video does not outline the slightest escape reaction as the centipede approaches, which is at least strange since it is definitely awake. According to one Reddit user, the lunchtime animal is stuck to the stone, which makes the life of its predator (and the video maker) so much easier.

Proof of this is that the cockroach's legs remain fixed in exactly the same place from the time the snack begins until the centipede is satisfied and leaves, "napping." But probably the most tense part of the video is watching the beheaded head of the insect keep moving while its body is devoured piece by piece right next to it.
