Google honors moon arrival with amazing Doodle

Google has honored in its honor of the arrival of the man to the moon, which this Saturday celebrates 50 years. Doodle displays a stylized animation showing the details of the flight from reports by one of Apollo 11 astronauts Mike Collins.

He says, for example, that in the region between Earth and the Moon Apollo 11 had to perform a maneuver known as a “barbecue roll” to rotate the capsule as a spit in order to regulate temperatures. The limitations of the equipment is highlighted in the exciting narrative.

“Behind the moon, I was completely alone, but not lonely. If we were to count, there were three billion people on one side and two more people on the other. I was very comfortable back there, ”recalls Collins.
