Find out how to get your beer frozen in just 4 minutes

You are not the only person in the world who has been dying of heat lately. The Brazilian summer is breaking all possible records and all this heat is ideal for actually having that stupidly cold beer after a tiring day of hard work, isn't it?

The problem is that everyone has this idea, and if you don't have your beer in your fridge and end up buying it on the market, you're quite capable of bringing a not-so-stupidly cold bottle home. Before you postpone your beer until the next day, know that there is a very simple and quick way to solve the problem.

Cold, very cold, cracking!

All you'll need is a bottle of beer - or how many bottles you're going to drink, of course - napkins and of course a fridge. You will wrap the bottle (can be can too, rest easy) in the napkin and wet it with tap water. Then simply take the bottle to the freezer. How long should the drink be there? Just four minutes.

This is actually the big facet of the trick: it is really fast. It's not worth leaving the beer in the freezer for more than four minutes, huh! In that case, the drink begins to freeze and you won't like it that much. When in doubt, use a timer.

This technique works because the napkin is very thin and, when wet and brought into the freezer, freezes very quickly. The bottle, when in direct contact with a frozen substance, becomes increasingly cold as well. That simple.

And it is worth remembering that what hydrates even in this heat is the good old water, which the beer is definitely not a substitute.
