Creativity, sensitivity and aesthetics. According to maker Sawaya Matsumoto, these three words represent the city of Tokyo, Japan. So there is no better place in the world for them to produce a millennial drink: sake.

Matsumoto, through a beautiful short that you can watch here, says it maintains the traditions and spirit of Shuhari (learning and mastery) in the production of the drink. This was all represented in the film directed by team-Kab's Kurar Furuya.
